1. Logging In & Site Selection

You can register for BuyDomino by heading to the registration page here. You will need the following details to be able to register successfully:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Domino Account Number (this is included with all communications between yourselves and Domino)
Registration requests will then be passed to the relevant customer service team for processing. We will endeavour to complete these requests as quickly as possible but please allow for up to 2 business days for approval.

You can reset your password by heading to the Forgotten Password page here. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset.

Are you sure you are logging into the right store? As BuyDomino is a multinational eCommerce store we have many different storefronts. Please make sure you are logging into the correct store for your account. You can change your store by clicking on the globe icon in the top left of the screen.

 

2. Items & Searching

You can search for part numbers in a few ways. You can use the main search, either by entering the part number itself or by typing in a partial description, OR you can use the menu sections to drill down into different technologies/sections and then use the filterable options on the left to segment further.

In the event that you cannot find the number you require, you should refer to your printer manual or contact the Business Team for further details (see “contact us”).

MSDS can be obtained on our external portal MySDS.

 

3. Order/Account Management

Your account address book is managed by your local customer service team for maximum efficiency. To change/add to it, please use the Contact Us page to get the relevant contact details.

You can check the status of any order via the 'Order History' page.

Yes. When items have been added to the cart, you can opt to add them to a 'Purchase List' - similar to a Favourites, or Previously Ordered shopping list - by selecting relevant items and hitting the 'Add Selected Items to Purchase List' button. This Purchase list can be accessed from your Profile page and then be re-added to the cart at any time for ease of ordering. Purchase Lists can also be shared with other account users if you wish.
